In your signup, PLEASE change your Display Name to your wrestler's name, instead of staying with the default name it gives you (your username).
There will be a PPV event every other month. It is EWW Mandatory Rule that ALL SINGLES titles are defended at PPVs. Owners of multiple titles will do multiple matches.
ROLEPLAYS
1. The staff of EWW will not censor you in your rps...all RP styles are welcome, but let it be known that this fed is heavily geared towards the trash talking style of roleplaying. Storytelling, and in character shoots on an in-characters personal life, as well as other forms are welcomed. However, we do not tolerate OutOfCharacter issues within the confines of an "In Character" promo.
1a. This is an ORIGINAL fed only. You can use pictures of wrestlers, but the name, bio, characters and finishers HAVE to be original.
2. You cannot physically use, attack, or speak for another member/wrestler OR a primary recurring character in their roleplays without their prior consent. Mentioning your opponent in your roleplay is allowed within reason. If your character has been used in a way that is over the top, please bring it to the attention of a staff member and the entire staff will vote on the issue to determine the outcome. To say someone appears to be your opponent is completely within the good "within reason" guidelines. Staff will check if permission has been granted. Permission is only needed if the wrestler talks or is physically attacked. You are, however, allowed to have someone acting as the wrestler (if stated in the RP) . The roleplay that violates this policy will be deleted and discounted. It will count toward your total but will not be voted on. Constant violation of this policy will result in your termination from EWW.
3. RPs will be judged by the staff members on a 'Quality over Quantity' basis.
4. Roleplay limits are as follows:
3 RP limit per week for Justice
NO MORE than 1 RP in one day. This has nothing to do with 24 hours, it refers to 00:01 in the morning to 11:59 at night.
Saturday RPs will NOT be counted unless you have RPed at least once anytime earlier in the week. This is to avoid sandbagging.
The minimum word requirement for any RP to be considered valid and acceptable is 650 words.
The maximum word limitation for any RP to be considered valid and not be disqualified is 5500 words.
These limitations are for your benefit. Too few words and you will never have a chance to win, too many and you run the risk of being redundant and it becomes harder for the staff to give the entire RP the dedication and attention it deserves. Too much filler material and not enough match hype will always work against you when facing the better RPers in this fed.
5. As a common courtesy to all, all times mentioned are Board Times. The clock at the top of the fed will be the exact same for anyone, no matter where in the world you are logging into. No time zone converting needed. Boardtime is GREENWICH MEAN TIME for those who want to know.
6. The maximum for PPV roleplays is 4.
7. Segments are allowed and appreciated, they help the card results, but there are no added points for a segment. They are merely there for the progression of storylines, introductions of characters, etc. this is a rule set forth to encourage RPers to find the right balance of length and quality, it can be more beneficial to have a back and forth battle with shorter RPs than fewer detached long RPs.
8. PPV rules remain the same as everything above. This fed is so damn good every week could be a PPV.
9. Win or lose, make sure you have fun. Of course everyone likes to win but it isn't always possible. This is just a game.
10. MODIFYING YOUR ROLEPLAYS
SHOULD your roleplay need modifying (fixing color/coding error, spelling mistakes), you must contact a member of staff in the chatbox within ONE HOUR after posting. This will allow staff to review the roleplay to see what modifications are needed, and staff must AGREE and SIGN any modified roleplay so that judges and other staff are aware.

OutOfCharacter:
1. Personal fighting will NOT be tolerated on the FCW boards or the chatbox. If people have a problem with each other in real life settle it off the boards via PM or elsewhere. WE DO NOT TOLERATE DRAMA IN EWW.
2. If anyone is found to be impersonating another fed head, member, or former member in a distasteful fashion then he will be be banned from the chat box and may have further penalties. If this continues the person may be terminated from EWW. Respect others how you would like to be respected. This is to help our ongoing efforts for a drama free fed.
MATCHES AND CHALLENGES
1. EWW is a booked fed. However we will take all challenges into account and consideration as long as they don't interfere with current storylines. It is much better for advancement and stops people who like to dodge and avoid matches, as well as freeing up the wrestlers to make their own matches and feuds. You may also request matches by PM'ing me or another member of staff.
2. If you are booked in a match that you are not happy with please do not complain. There is always a reason behind the staff booked matches.
3. There is a match limit of 1 singles match per card, unless it is a Pay Per View and your wrestler holds multiple singles titles. In this case, the staff can either force you into the same number of matches per titles held, or have one match with all titles on the line in some fashion..
4. Anybody who fails to RP for an advertised match will be subject to disciplinary actions as follows:
1st No Show - AUTOMATIC WARNING. If you contact a staff before Wednesday for Justice and PPVs, to say you can't RP that week, you will be. Sometimes, something comes up last minute. It happens. Contact Staff and we will work with you.
2nd No Show AUTOMATICALLY TAKEN OFF FUTURE CARDS UNTIL YOU CONTACT A STAFF MEMBER.
SUSPENSION AND BANNING
1. The staff of EWW may take disciplinary actions as they see fit to include suspension or banning or people who violate the rules.
2. Anyone found using the EWW boards or system (boards, Private message, or mailing lists) to advertise their site without the expressed consent of MANAGEMENT will be subject to account termination, and find themselves banned from EWW. We will also contact the Proboards staff and have your ability to use their systems terminated as well. Proboards does not condone spamming and hacking of their sites.
3. The EWW punishes spammers with suspensions and possible deletions for continued disregard for the rules. Remember that this is just a game so don't ruin it by spamming.
ADDITIONAL INFO
1. Staff will judge RPs after the deadline to ensure all RPs are included in their decision.
2. If you have a problem please let the staff know so it can be dealt with quickly. If the problem is keeping you away from EWW (e.g. family death) please PM staff or post in the Leave of Absense board and your character will not be booked in any matches until you give the go ahead.
3. In the event of the forum having the 'Too Many Connections' error the deadlines will not be extended.
4. Results will be posted under the "Justice Results" thread of Justice, and the Pay Per Views under "PPV Cards".
5. Please understand that as a core staff of three, we try to handle things in whatever way we can to make everyone as happy as possible. But we need to be given the chance to do that. Simply getting upset and leaving is not going to solve anything.
6. Don't complain about results. Your rps are here to entertain and push a competitive way of thinking and acting in EWW.
